Strategen NetLabs is an affiliate product catalog. We do not sell or ship products directly. All purchases are fulfilled by our verified supplier partners. By clicking through to a supplier and completing a purchase, you are transacting directly with that supplier.

Supplier Return Policy Return and refund eligibility is determined by the individual supplier from whom you made your purchase. Please refer to the supplier's return policy at the time of purchase and contact them directly for all return requests.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the supplier immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. The supplier is responsible for evaluating the issue and making it right.
